The Service may be made available free of charge to certain users and subject to subscription arrangements entered into outside of the application. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Use accepted prior to accessing the Service.
Processing of Personal Data
Personal data refers to any information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify an individual ("you"), such as name, email address, contact details, account credentials, role information, or other identifying data. Processing means any operation performed on personal data, whether by automated or manual means, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, use, disclosure, restriction, or deletion.
In order to provide, operate, and improve the Service, we collect and process personal data relating to your account and your use of the Service. This processing is carried out on the basis that it is necessary to provide the Service, to comply with legal obligations, to protect the security and integrity of the Service, or with your consent where required. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. However, withdrawing consent may limit or prevent your ability to use certain parts of the Service.
Access to the Service is subject to acceptance of the Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency between this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Use, this Privacy Notice shall prevail in relation to personal data processing.

How We Process Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Except where otherwise stated, we act as the data controller for the personal data described in this Privacy Notice. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, contractual, or operational requirements. When personal data is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted or anonymised. Anonymised data is data that can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual and may be used indefinitely for analytical, research, or statistical purposes, including to improve the Service.

If you choose not to provide certain personal data, some features of the Service may not be available or may not function correctly.
Analytics, Improvement, and Automated Processing
We may analyse how users interact with the Service in order to understand usage patterns, improve functionality, and enhance user experience. This analysis may include the use of aggregated or anonymised data. Where automated or artificial intelligence-based features are used within the Service, such features are intended to support operational workflows only. Unless explicitly stated, personal data and farm data are not used to train third-party models. Any automated outputs should be reviewed and verified by users before being relied upon.

We may process contact information for individuals who represent or work with business customers, farms, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or partners. This processing is carried out for legitimate business purposes, including managing relationships, entering into or performing agreements, and communicating in connection with the Service. Personal data related to such business contacts is retained only for as long as necessary to maintain the relevant relationship or to meet legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve the Service, or to fulfil specific user requests. Such service providers are authorised to process personal data solely for the purpose of providing their services to us and are required to apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures. In limited circumstances, we may disclose personal data where required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or lawful request by public or governmental authorities, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms, protect our rights, protect users, or prevent fraud or misuse of the Service. Where personal data is transferred to third parties, reasonable steps are taken to ensure that such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
Protection and Security of Personal Data
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activity carried out under their account.
